Refund Policy

Digital Products
As our service delivers a digital product (a PDF document) instantly upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once the document has been generated and delivered. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that digital content, once accessed, is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Exceptions
We will consider a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but did not receive your document (due to a technical error on our side).
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The document generated contains errors attributable to our system (not incorrect user input).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@statutorydeed.co.uk with your reference code and the email address used during checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
